Get Back The Hours
Your Business Is Eating

Workwyse finds what is really eating your week, then builds the fix: the processes, systems, and tools that take the work off your plate and keep it off. You own all of it, at prices a small business can justify.

You Didn't Start A Business
To Drown In Paperwork

You're good at what you do. Operations was never the plan. Without systems, growing just makes the mess bigger.

It's All In Your Head

Every question comes back to you, because nothing is written down.

What's Your Owner Dependency Score?

Owner dependency is what buyers and lenders look at when they ask whether a business could survive without the person who built it. Sixteen honest questions, and you'll see which part of yours is leaning on you hardest.

We Start With Your Problem
Not A Template

Every engagement begins by identifying exactly what's broken and why, so we build the right solution, not just a solution. Start with the problem, find the root cause, build something that lasts.

1

Find The Problem

Understand your business, goals, and exactly where you're stuck

2

Audit the Root Cause

Dig into what's actually broken, not just the surface symptoms

3

Map the Fix

Define ownership, timelines, and the full process end-to-end

4

Build the System

Create documented, scalable tools your team actually uses

5

Hand It Over

You own it. You run it. You improve it. No dependency on us. Ever.

Built For The Way Small Businesses Actually Work

I'm Megan. I help small business owners get out from under the admin work that's eating their week, so they can get back to the work they actually love.

  • You'll work with me, not a team. Every call, every document, every follow-up is mine. Small businesses aren't a side segment here. They're the whole practice.
  • You'll own everything we build. No lock-in, no systems only I understand, no retainer you can't walk away from. If you don't need me in six months, that means it worked.
  • I've already fixed what's breaking for you. Seven years building the documentation, hiring systems, and workflows most small businesses don't realize they need until something goes wrong.
  • I find what's quietly costing you. Workflows that were losing money, vendor contracts overdue for renegotiation, the ten hours a week nobody's counting.

And if you're not sure what you actually need yet, that's normal. Most people aren't. Tell me what's eating your week and we'll figure out the rest together.

What It Looks Like When The System Works

Two examples of the same approach, at very different sizes. Both real, both handed over for someone else to run.

Onboarding & Process Documentation

Onboarding that worked the same way in 38 states

Before. Training lived in people's heads, so every new hire got a different version and steps got missed.

What I built. Intake forms, interview scoring, and a written process naming who owns each step.

After
The same onboarding in all 38 states, run by managers, depending on nobody's memory.
International Small Business Consulting · Athens, Greece

A launch plan for a business nobody had built before

Before. A co-working and advocacy hub for women with onsite childcare, ready to open, with no operating plan.

What I built. A month-by-month revenue plan from €2K to €15K, a marketing toolkit, and a feasibility study. Built through a global MBA program.

After
Leadership left with a roadmap they could run without me.

Four Ways To Get Your Time Back

Three of them end the same way: you own the systems, and you stop needing me. The fourth is for when you would rather keep a pair of hands on it.

💡 Most operations consultants charge $150 to $300 an hour, so a six-week project runs $15,000 to $30,000. This is that work, priced for a real small business.
🌱 Founding rates, once only. The first 10 members and the first Overhaul client keep these prices for as long as they stay. After that they go up.

Ongoing Support
When you need hands, not just advice.
$840 per month

The other three are advice. This is me committing time to your business every month and doing the work. A full-time operations hire costs $4,000 or more.

Time each month
Commit for
  • Audits, process work, SOPs, and systems set up for you
  • Spent on whatever the business needs that month
  • A standing monthly call, and questions in between
Apply for Ongoing Support → 3 clients max · no bookkeeping, payroll, or HR decisions
What happens when you apply: a short form, about two minutes, so I understand your business before we talk. You get a confirmation straight away. I read every one myself and reply within 1 to 3 business days, either to book a free 20-minute call or to tell you honestly it is not the right fit.

I'm probably not your person if you need legal or HR representation, you want someone to take over your books or payroll, or you're shopping on price alone. I'd rather say so now than waste your time.

The Workwyse AI Hiring Guide

Hiring eats more of your week than almost anything else, and it's the easiest place to put AI to work first. This guide gives you copy-and-paste prompts for the whole hiring process: writing the job description, building screening criteria, drafting interview questions, and handling candidate communication. It's just as clear about where AI should never touch your hiring, because that's where the real risk lives.

  • Ready-to-use prompts for writing and improving job descriptions
  • AI-assisted screening criteria and scorecard development
  • Interview question generation that stays role-specific
  • Candidate communication drafts for every stage
  • Where AI should never touch your hiring, and why that matters

Want Help Figuring Out What You Need?

The finder above covers most things. If it did not, or your situation is more tangled than a search box can handle, just tell me what is going on. I read every one of these myself and I will point you to the right thing, even if that turns out to be something I have not built yet. No pressure, no pitch.

Questions I Hear A Lot

Honest answers to the things people actually want to know before they buy.

Not unless you want to. Everything I build is designed so you own it, run it, and improve it without me, and most people work with me for a while and then stop. That is the intended ending. Ongoing Support exists for owners who would rather keep a pair of hands on it than take it all back, which is a choice, not a dependency.
The earlier you build them, the better. Bad habits become company culture faster than you think. The systems that let you hire confidently, delegate without anxiety, and stop re-explaining the same things every week matter most when you're small, before a bad hire, a missed client deliverable, or a compliance issue turns into a real problem. Small businesses can't afford expensive mistakes. Good systems prevent them.
Momentum is access to me for quick questions and sanity checks while you build it yourself. Ongoing Support is the opposite end: I commit time each month and do the work with you. The Overhaul sits between them as a fixed six week project. Pick by how much you want to do yourself, not by how long you want to be tied in.
Template buyers often implement the same week they buy. That's the point of grab-and-go. Consulting clients typically see meaningful process improvement within 30 days. The Overhaul runs 6 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. You'll have fully built, ready-to-use systems by the end, plus 30 days of support after that.
Templates are available to anyone, anywhere. Consulting is available both remotely and in-person. Megan is based in Colorado, but works with business owners nationally and has experience across 38 states and internationally. Location is never a barrier. Reach out and I'll find what works.
Yes, and I genuinely want you to. The library is built around what real businesses actually need, not what I think they should need. Use the box above. If enough people ask for the same thing, I build it next.
Honestly? You could. AI is good at writing documents, and I sell a guide on using it, so I am not going to pretend otherwise. Here is the real difference. AI gives you what you ask for, and the hard part is knowing what to ask for. My Business Process Inventory lists 167 things a small business needs documented. You cannot prompt for the ones you have never heard of. A template also carries decisions I have already made: whether a cancellation window should be 24 or 48 hours, what belongs in a handbook and what should never go in one, which step is the one people actually skip. AI will hand you five options and leave the choosing to you. And there is the math. A $29 template versus an hour of prompting, editing and formatting, when the thing you are short on is time. If you would genuinely enjoy building it yourself, do that, and use my AI guide to do it faster. If you would rather it was already right, that is what you are buying.

Not Sure Where To Start? That's Exactly Where We Begin

Tell me what's feeling messy in your business. It takes about two minutes and Megan replies within 1 to 3 business days. If it makes sense to talk live, a short intro session is always an option.
